Stakeholder Relations provides communication and customer service with a commitment to exceed customer expectations.
We build trust and respect in ITC through effective relations with our Partners in Business, and ITC employees. Our Partners in Business include energy suppliers, marketers, generators, electric distributors, industrial customers, municipalities, cooperatives, communities, business groups, regulators, legislators, and energy advocacy groups.
Stakeholder Relations keeps the lines of communication open with our partners by:
- Listening to Stakeholders and professionally responding to their needs
- Building trust and understanding through regular, open and honest communications
- Implementing and leading teams of subject matter experts to identify challenges, foster creative alternatives and drive solutions through implementation
- Seeking opportunities to improve the reliability and quality of Stakeholders electric transmission services and operations
- Soliciting economic development intelligence to share with planning
- Facilitating construction meetings and monitoring key activities and deliverables
